Financial Statement Analysis
Learn to read between the lines of annual reports and quarterly filings. We'll dissect real statements from Thai and regional companies.
DCF Valuation Models
Build discounted cash flow models from scratch. You'll work with actual company data and learn to defend your assumptions.
Comparable Company Analysis
Master relative valuation methods. Learn which multiples matter for different industries and how to adjust for comparability.
M&A Financial Modeling
Build merger models and understand accretion/dilution analysis. Study real deal structures and synergy assumptions.
Credit Analysis Fundamentals
Assess credit risk using leverage ratios, coverage metrics, and cash flow analysis. Review actual credit agreements.
Capstone Valuation Project
Complete a comprehensive company analysis using all the methods you've learned. Present your work to instructors and peers.
Training Analysts Since 2019
We've worked with analysts from banks, asset managers, and corporate finance teams across Southeast Asia. Most participants are early to mid-career professionals looking to strengthen their technical foundation.

Learn From Practicing Professionals
Our instructors work in the field and bring current market insights to every session.

Chaiyawat Thanaseth
I spent twelve years in equity research before moving into teaching. Most of my career was covering Thai industrials and consumer stocks. These days I split my time between running valuation workshops and consulting on deal analysis. I like teaching because you get to slow down and actually explain the reasoning behind the numbers.
- Previously VP of Research at regional investment bank
- CFA charterholder since 2016
- Published sector research on ASEAN markets
- Guest lecturer at Chulalongkorn Business School
- Covered 40+ IPOs and equity offerings
Your Learning Timeline
The program runs September through December 2025, with cohorts limited to 24 participants for better interaction.
Application Period
We review your background and current role. Most applicants have 1-4 years of experience in finance-adjacent positions. No formal interview, just a conversation about what you're hoping to learn.
Pre-Program Prep
Access foundational materials covering accounting basics and Excel skills. Optional but recommended if you're rusty on debits and credits or haven't built complex spreadsheets recently.
Program Launch
First live session on September 8th. We meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7-9 PM Bangkok time. Sessions are recorded if you need to miss one, though live attendance helps with the case discussions.
Final Projects
Present your capstone analysis during the last week. You'll get detailed feedback from instructors and the chance to see how other participants approached their companies.
